16.1.6. Using and managing search filters

  • To filter the search results, set the filters you need and click Filter.

  • To apply a predefined filter, select the filter from the Predefined filter conditions field.

  • To create and save a filter, complete Procedure 16.1.6.1, Creating and saving filters for later use. Note that filters cannot be modified, only deleted.

  • To delete a predefined filter, select the filter from the Predefined filter conditions field and click Delete.

    You need the Manage global filters privilege to delete global filters. For more information on managing user rights, see Section 5.7, Managing user rights and usergroups.
