The BalaBit Online Support System (BOSS) is an online system that simplifies the product-support related communication between the Customer and the Provider. BOSS can be accessed using any web browser that supports the HTTPS protocol.
BOSS is available to customers who have a valid support package, have registered a
MyBalaBit account, and have requested access to BOSS using their MyBalaBit account.
