Terms of Delivery
Every customer receives an e-mail containing a username and a password required to download the purchased products. The products are available for download for 365 days, even if you requested delivery on a CD. Please note that the process is not automatic, so even on workdays it may take a few hours until your confirmation e-mail arrives.
If you have requested delivery on media (CD-ROM), our collegues send it to you on the workday following your order via the normal delivery of TNT parcel services. That means you usually receive the CD within three workdays.
When you purchase support services, you receive an e-mail containing the username and password required to access the BalaBit Online Support System (BOSS).
