The public Bugzilla of syslog-ng Open Source Edition is available at https://bugzilla.balabit.com/
When you submit an error report, please include:
- the version number of syslog-ng you use
- the platform (operating system and processor type) you run syslog-ng on
- how have you installed syslog-ng (e.g., compiled from source, downloaded .run from BalaBit, etc.)
- a detailed description of the problem and the environment it occurs
- other data that may help solving the problem, e.g., configuration snippet, strace output, etc.
