The notion of quality is generally connected with the capacity of the product and the degree how much it is capable of satisfying consumers demands. In the narrow sense, quality means that how much the product can fulfill its duty, whether it carries out technological parameters, which are undertaken in documentation, and how much it meets certain latent consumers expectations.
