BalaBit IT Ltd., which is a significant company in home electronic economy, keeps retaining, motivation and training of excellent experts who are employed at the company in view as guiding principles. For these, we aim at realization of the following human political principles:
- selection -- Selection is an input filtering whose task is to choose the experts for employment, who posses the required competence, and they are suitable and willing to integrate themselves into the culture of the company and their aims can be harmonised with that of our company.
